Woohoo! I am at 1,000 WordPress followers. I can’t believe it. Ya’ll remember that it was in late September that I was excited to have made 800 WordPress followers. I’m now at 1,001 and received this notice…

What an amazing blessing! I never thought being on this blogging journey would yield this amazing result. I thank you so much for following me, liking my posts and interacting with me. This has been a journey and you are all valued and appreciated.

Never would I have imagined that I would meet such wonderful bloggers while just writing. Pouring out my heart and hoping that you can relate to me. I’m not the same person that I was last year. One year ago. I’ve changed so much.

Growth.

It’s been scary, but you’ve been part of this journey. 2016 has been sweet and I can’t wait to keep pushing forward. I thank you a 1,000 times over.

  20. yike-aramas-mama!!! Awesome. I know that wasn’t a word but we make up words around here! Mostly come from things my daughter said as a child. Oatmeal is still called oatmeolss. And sideways is still called fodeways.
    But! Congrats!

      1. ” can you move that a little fodeways” the funniest thing is when we say these things in front of other people, they don’t notice. It’s as if 2 year old language is universal!!!

    1. Thank you. It’s funny. I don’t think I have keys. I just write what matters to me. I focus on things that have happened. Lessons learned and experiences. I do everything from dating, to marriage, to divorce to co-parenting. I am up front about my love of Christ and belief that we are all one. I’ve been blogging off and on for almost 9 years (first on blogger) and then I switched to WordPress two years ago and decided to blog consistently. I try to post a minimum of 3 times a week and find other ways to submit my writing. I interact with other bloggers and promote their work. I think that helps too.

      1. Now you know I’m always hella late and I have so many blogs I’m following that I am not keeping up on. I don’t know how some of you guys do it. lol I’m trying to get better at it. So I say all that to say you’re doing really good!

  27. I love following your blog. I feel like I know you. 🙂 Congratulations on this achievement. I’m nearly halfway there. It’s a slow process, and it takes work, but I love writing and reading what all of you are passionate about.

    1. Thanks sis! It does. It’s been a SLOW process. I’m just excited that people find me interesting enough to read. It just gets complicated when you’re working, raising a family, trying to blog and then read others. I’m thankful for it all though.
