It’s Almost Time

It’s almost time for Munch’s birthday. One week to be exact. On April 30, 2019 I will have an 11 year old. One week from now, I was preparing to be a mother. I was sick. I was scared. But, I was at peace. God had gotten me thus far so I knew he wouldn’t leave me.

My baby boy was just fine.

As I’m preparing for the big 11, I’m just taking it all in. He’s growing in leaps and bounds and I’ll share more about that on his actual birthday. He’s made me a better person. I am truly blessed.

This last week has caught me between here and there. I did an interview with 3 of my favorite bloggers and I can’t wait to share it with you. It’s a 3 part series and I decided that I’m going to share it on Wednesdays. In it you get to see me and learn a lot about me. Please feel free to view and share and ask any questions you may have.

I value each and every one of you. I want you to know that. I am always in awe when I get a new follower because that means that you’ve found my blog and stumbled on me in cyberspace and decided to hear my point of view. That is truly humbling. Thank you for being a part of this journey.

Dating….ugh! I said in my video interview last week that I would rather get scurvy than date. I mean it. Dating is rough. The back and forth to get to know someone. The oh so dreadful good morning text messages. Why? If we can’t have phone calls then I don’t want to give you my number or text you. Your good morning texts are a way to stay relevant in my life.

I’m good love. No need.

I’m working hard taking a class on Wednesday nights that ends in 5 weeks. It’s rough. It’s for a certification so between everything else going on I have this certification class. I can visualize the finish line though.

I’m still working out 3 to 5 days a week. I’m still committed to being a healthier version of myself. I hate the gym, but it is a necessary evil and one that I must endure. I need to be healthy. I want to live a long life. So, I’m still at it. Walking throughout the day and hitting the gym at night.

How about you? What’s going on with you? Has spring sprung in your area?
